**Order Processing**  
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.  

**Shipping Options & Costs**  
We offer the following shipping methods (subject to availability at checkout):  
- Standard shipping – 5 to 10 Days & cost are “calculated at checkout”  
- Expedited shipping – n\a
**Estimated Delivery Time**  
After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen method. Please allow [5]–[10] business days domestically.

**International Shipping (if offered)**

**Lost or Damaged Packages**

Because many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, we follow a strict refund policy:

**What is Eligible for Refund / Reprint**  
- Refunds or free reprints are available only for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects or errors.  
- To be eligible, you must report the issue to us within 30 days of delivery and provide a clear photo (or video) showing the defect.  

**What is NOT Eligible**  
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for non-defective items due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color choice, change of mind, or incorrect order details entered by the buyer.  
- Once production begins, orders are final.  

**How Refunds Are Issued**  
- Upon approval, we will offer you a free reprint or a refund.  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit) — depending on purchase method and our discretion.  
- You do not need to return the defective item to receive a refund or reprint.  

**How to Request a Refund / Reprint**

- Your order number  
- Clear photos (or video) showing the issue  
- A description of the defect or problem  

We aim to respond to refund requests within [10] business days of receiving the request.  

**No Additional Fees**
